Isolation exercise for the glutes in quadruped position.

Instructions

  1. Quadruped: hands under shoulders, knees under hips.

  2. Push one bent leg back and up.

  3. Sole of foot facing the ceiling.

  4. Squeeze glutes firmly at the top.

  5. Return in control, switch sides.
