Ingredients

  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 150 ml milk
  • 100 g skyr or yoghurt
  • 20 g whey (vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Berries to top
vegetarian

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the berries in a jar.

  2. Refrigerate overnight.

  3. Top with fresh berries in the morning and enjoy.
