Ingredients

  • 60 g protein pancake mix or 40 g oats + 20 g whey
  • 1 egg
  • 100 ml milk
  • ½ banana (mashed)
  • a little oil for the pan
vegetarian

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter.

  2. Cook small pancakes over medium heat.

  3. Flip once bubbles form.

  4. Serve with berries or yoghurt.
