Ingredients
- 60 g protein pancake mix or 40 g oats + 20 g whey
- 1 egg
- 100 ml milk
- ½ banana (mashed)
- a little oil for the pan

Instructions
Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter.
Cook small pancakes over medium heat.
Flip once bubbles form.
Serve with berries or yoghurt.
