Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ceremonial matcha
  • 60 ml hot water (approx. 80 °C)
  • 200 ml milk or oat milk
  • optional: 1 tsp honey or syrup
  • Ice cubes for the iced version

Instructions

  1. Whisk the matcha with the hot water until smooth (bamboo whisk or frother).

  2. Warm the milk or pour it over ice.

  3. Stir in the matcha and sweeten to taste.
