  • 2 tbsp red curry paste
  • 100g jasmine rice
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 100g snow peas
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce

  1. Dice chicken and fry

  2. Add curry paste and roast

  3. Add coconut milk and vegetables, simmer 10 min
