- 4 eggs

- 60g feta
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 50ml milk

Instructions
Fry onion in oil, add spinach
Whisk eggs with milk and pour over vegetables
Crumble feta on top
Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 10 min
