Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 100g baby spinach
  • 60g feta
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 50ml milk

Instructions

  1. Fry onion in oil, add spinach

  2. Whisk eggs with milk and pour over vegetables

  3. Crumble feta on top

  4. Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 10 min
