How to delete your account

In the app (recommended): open Settings → Delete account and confirm.
By email: write to hello@pumpy-app.com from your registered email (or include your in-app user ID, shown in Settings) and ask us to delete your account.
Via the contact form: pumpy-app.com/kontakt.html.

What gets deleted

Your account (anonymous ID and, if set, email/login).
Your profile and game stats: pixels-placed count, streak, achievements, premium status and instant-pixel balance.

The shared canvas stores only a colour per coordinate and contains no personal data. Individual pixels are part of the collective artwork and are not linked to you after deletion, so they may remain on the canvas.

Active subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Please also cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Timeline

In-app deletion is immediate. Email/form requests are completed within 30 days; we'll confirm by email. Backup copies are purged on our regular backup cycle.

So löschst du dein Konto

Per E-Mail: Schreibe an hello@pumpy-app.com von deiner registrierten E-Mail (oder mit deiner in den Einstellungen angezeigten Nutzer-ID) und bitte um Löschung.

Was gelöscht wird

Dein Konto (anonyme ID und ggf. E-Mail/Login).
Profil und Spielstatistiken: Pixel-Anzahl, Streak, Erfolge, Premium-Status, Sofort-Pixel-Guthaben.

Die geteilte Leinwand speichert nur eine Farbe pro Koordinate und enthält keine personenbezogenen Daten. Einzelne Pixel sind Teil des Gemeinschaftswerks und nach der Löschung nicht mehr mit dir verknüpft; sie können auf der Leinwand verbleiben.

Aktive Abos

Die Kontolöschung kündigt ein laufendes Abo nicht. Bitte kündige es zusätzlich in deinen App-Store- bzw. Google-Play-Kontoeinstellungen.

Fristen

Die Löschung in der App erfolgt sofort. E-Mail-/Formular-Anfragen erledigen wir innerhalb von 30 Tagen mit Bestätigung. Backup-Kopien werden im regulären Backup-Zyklus entfernt.
